Kitchen & Dining: Our brand-new kitchen features dark cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, and is fully equipped for your culinary needs. • Refrigerator, stove, and microwave • Blender, coffee pot, and toaster oven • Pots, pans, dishes, and utensils • Please note: This property does not have a dishwasher. Bedrooms & Bathroom: Rest easy on comfortable new mattresses with crisp, clean linens. • Bedroom 1: Queen Bed • Bedroom 2: Queen Bed & Bunk Beds • Bedroom 3: Queen Bed The home includes one full bathroom with a tub/shower combination, stocked with fresh towels and a hair dryer. Guest Access Guests will have private and exclusive access to the entire home, ensuring a peaceful and personal stay. • Private Entrance: Enjoy the convenience and privacy of your own entrance. • Outdoor Space: Step outside to the patio and enjoy a meal at the picnic table. • Parking: Parking is available for up to four vehicles. This includes a covered carport for one car and additional parking in front of the house.

While this is a pet-friendly house, we expect guests to respect the following pet rules: 1) Pets should be supervised at all times. Please do not leave pets in/at the house unattended. 2) Pets are not allowed on the furniture. 3) Please pick up and bag all pet poop and dispose of it in the garbage can under the carport. COVID-19 SANITIZATION The health, safety, and wellbeing of our guests are of utmost importance to us. For this reason, we use a thorough process of cleaning after each check-out. * Must be 25 years old to rent.* This property is in a rural location surrounded by nature, and there are bugs outside, and occasionally inside. Nothing scary, just an occasional moth or spider. IMPORTANT: We highly recommend trip insurance as we do not provide refunds outside of our cancellation policy. Weather, family emergencies, sudden illness, natural disaster, etc., do not qualify for a refund. Trip insurance is very affordable and will typically cost less than 10% of your trip cost.

* Self-check-in is with a keypad. The code will be emailed to you 24 hours before check-in. * Check-in is anytime after 3 PM and check-out by 10 AM. While we try to go above and beyond to accommodate our guests, we cannot offer early check-ins or late check-outs. This is to allow our cleaning crew ample time to make sure your home is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized before and after your stay. * Please treat this home as if it were your own, it is a real home loved by real people, please treat it as so. * No smoking, parties, or events. These are strictly enforced. Any evidence will result in a $250 fee. 1) Being a family home, we have a strict no-smoking policy. 2) Quiet Hours between 10 pm and 10 am. No loud parties. 3) Do not engage in illegal activities anywhere on the property. * Parking is permitted in the driveway or in front of the house. * No shoes in the house. Please remove them in the entryway. * This is a pet-friendly house. Please respect these pet rules: 1) Do not leave pets unattended in the house. 2) Pets are not allowed on the furniture. 3) Please pick up and bag all pet poop and dispose of it in the garbage can under the carport. * Please lock all doors and windows when you leave the house. * Maximum Occupancy: 8 guests. In this unbeatable area, you will be close to several all-season activities including hiking, biking, fishing, whitewater rafting, horseback riding, zip-lining just to name a few. Nearby are also a variety of local restaurants and shopping. Summersville Lake is located a short 20-minute drive and is perfect for a fun-filled family day. In the winter months, take a short 45-minute drive to ski at Winterplace Resort. This house is also a short 25-minute drive to Wonderland Waterpark at Ace Adventure Resort. The house was squeaky clean and well stocked. Ample clean linens, kitchen utensils, and bathroom supplies. Beds and pillows were comfortable. The location of the house was amazing. Right across the road from downtown Fayetteville and 5 mins drive from the NRG visitor center. Plenty of trails and water access all within 5-10 min drive of the house. The check-in and check-out process was easy and the hosts were extremely responsive, friendly, and helpful. Will definitely be coming back!

Find us

It is best to get around by car, but you can access downtown Fayetteville and Fayette Town Park mountain biking trails with a short ride across Hwy 19.
