After a day of adventure, unwind in our newly remodeled, modern home ideally located in the heart of the New River Gorge National Park, just across US-19 from the historic town of Fayetteville. Thoughtfully equipped with everything you need to make your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible, including a 65" Smart TV, big comfy couch, a kitchen fully stocked with cooking utensils, new mattresses, and crisp, clean linens.

This space was fully renovated in Spring 2021, it is freshly remodeled and ready to host you. It offers a fully, equipped brand new kitchen with everything you need to craft a meal. Unwind in the evenings with a board game, or set up shop in front of the 65" smart tv with surround sound. This home is sure to please. The house is well-equipped with fresh towels, bed linens, hair dryer, refrigerator, microwave, stove, toaster oven, dishes, blender, coffee pot, utensils, pots, and pans. Nothing scary, just an occasional moth or spider. IMPORTANT: We highly recommend trip insurance as we do not provide refunds outside of our cancellation policy. Weather, family emergencies, sudden illness, natural disaster, etc., do not qualify for a refund. Trip insurance is very affordable and will typically cost less than 10% of your trip cost.

* Self-check-in is with a keypad. The code will be emailed to you 24 hours before check-in. * Check-in is anytime after 3 PM and check-out by 10 AM. While we try to go above and beyond to accommodate our guests, we cannot offer early check-ins or late check-outs. This is to allow our cleaning crew ample time to make sure your home is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized before and after your stay. * Please treat this home as if it were your own, it is a real home loved by real people, please treat it as so. * No smoking, parties, or events. These are strictly enforced. Any evidence will result in a $250 fee. 1) Being a family home, we have a strict no-smoking policy. 2) Quiet Hours between 10 pm and 10 am. No loud parties. 3) Do not engage in illegal activities anywhere on the property. * Parking is permitted in the driveway or in front of the house. * No shoes in the house. Please remove them in the entryway. * This is a pet-friendly house. Please respect these pet rules: 1) Do not leave pets unattended in the house. 2) Pets are not allowed on the furniture. 3) Please pick up and bag all pet poop and dispose of it in the garbage can under the carport. * Please lock all doors and windows when you leave the house. * Maximum Occupancy: 8 guests. We ask that you kindly respect our maximum occupancy requirement. We have this in place instead of an additional guest charge in an attempt to keep costs down for you. * Please tidy up before you check out. * Make sure the doors are locked: 1) Side door needs to be closed firmly in order to get locked 2) Front door needs to be held tight to turn dead bolt You must also acknowledge: Security Deposit - if you damage the home, you may be charged up to $500 ** Must be 25 years old to rent.** * You are using bunk beds at your own risk. This house is located less than a 5-minute drive from downtown Fayetteville, close to everything. In this unbeatable area, you will be close to several all-season activities including hiking, biking, fishing, whitewater rafting, horseback riding, zip-lining just to name a few. Nearby are also a variety of local restaurants and shopping. Summersville Lake is located a short 20-minute drive and is perfect for a fun-filled family day. In the winter months, take a short 45-minute drive to ski at Winterplace Resort. This house is also a short 25-minute drive to Wonderland Waterpark at Ace Adventure Resort. The waterpark is one of the largest on the east coast. Located: * Less than a 5- minute drive from downtown Historic Fayetteville, WV. Tomer’s house is the perfect place to stay for those interested in easy access to the New River Gorge! A stones throw from the south side of the bridge - it was the perfect location for our visit to the park. It’s less than a 10 minute walk to downtown Fayetteville, which has lots of restaurants, cafes, shops, and bars. We’re ready to reserve Tomer’s place again for next year’s trip!

Super clean. Easy to get to town and the National Park. Some traffic noise in the side bedrooms so bring a fan or white noise machine/app to drown it out if you're a light sleeper. I really enjoyed my stay and even booked an extra night.

We had an amazing time staying here during our trip to Fayetteville, WV. The location couldn’t be better, just minutes from New River Gorge National Park, local restaurants, and tons of great hiking spots. The home itself was beautiful, spotless, and had everything we needed. The fenced-in backyard was perfect for our dogs to stretch their legs, and the kitchen was gorgeous and fully stocked. The bed was super comfortable, and we slept so well. Check-in was smooth, and communication with the host was fantastic from start to finish. They were friendly, responsive, and made sure our stay went perfectly. If you’re visiting Fayetteville or exploring the National Park, this is an incredible place to stay. We’d absolutely book again.

This Airbnb is super close to the New River Gorge National Park, the New River Gorge Bridge, and many popular restaurants. Tomar and Elissa were super responsive and friendly. The home is comfy and the outside looks a lot better than the pictures. We had a great stay.

Find us

It is best to get around by car, but you can access downtown Fayetteville and Fayette Town Park mountain biking trails with a short ride across Hwy 19.
